As part of Thaipooya (thaipoosa) festival special poojas will be offered for the Sri Murukan Idol kept inside the Sreekanteshwaram Durga Devi temple. Special poojas will be offered on 7th starting from about 10’0 clock in the morning. For those who are interested in taking part in the poojas can avail the receipts from the temple counter.
