Kerala Yatra of Ramesh Chennithala will end in Trivandrum on May 18-2013

The Yatra is an effort to highlight the accomplishments of United Progressive Alliance at the Centre and the kerala government headed by Oommen Chandy. The Yatra which began from Kasargod will conclude in the capital city of Thiruvananthapuram on May 18th. The highlight of the concluding ceremony in the central stadium of trivandrum will be the presence of AICC vice president Rahul Gandhi, who will be addressing the conclusion of the ‘Kerala Yatra’

The inceptive leg of the yatra did not raise much ardour  among people and especially among the media community. It is expected that during the final phase of the Kerala Yatra, on May 15 it will tour Assembly constituencies in trivandrum for 2 days.

During the whole journey started from Manjeshwaram in Kasargod, the KPCC president Shri Ramesh Chennithala has been interacting with people from diverse walks of life with the highligted motto of the yatra of ‘creating a prosperous Kerala with security to all’. The KPCC president has received various applications and pleas during the yatra on which the actions will be taken after the conclusion of the Yatra.

The yatra reception function at pathanamthitta has been attended by Minister Adoor Prakash, Raj Mohan Unnithan, Sarath chandra Prasad, Philipose Thomas, K Sivadasan Nair MLA, Mannar Abdul Latif, Mariyamma Cheriyan, Maleth Saraladevi, Karakulam Sivakumar, Thaikoottathil Sakir, Anto Antony MP, KPCC Vice President MM Hassan, DCC Vice Presiden Satish Kochu Parambil and President P Mohan Raj and inagurated by Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha PJ Kurien
