Asian School of Business to live stream INK talks 2013

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 24: Asian School of Business (ASB) is live streaming all talks from the Innovation and Knowledge (INK) 2013 conference taking place in Kochi.

For audiences unable to attend the conference, ASB is offering a chance to watch the speakers on the big screen on all three days from October 25-27.

INK – a series of talks similar to the famed Technology, Entertainment and Design (TED) global conferences – brings together some of India’s and the world’s most successful and accomplished individuals to share their experiences, knowledge and ideas.

It is a platform where dreamers and thinkers from communities as diverse as artists, performers, musicians, architects, historians, businessmen, technologists, inventors and scientists recount their inspirational stories and present innovative ideas.

INK is today recognised as a leading platform for sharing the latest developments in various fields and helping mould future leaders and thinkers.

Some of the speakers at INK 2013 are Kelli Swazey, an anthropologist from Indonesia who studies the role of media in the construction of religious identity; Aisha Chaudhary, a 17-year-old who was born with an immune deficiency and who overcame a predicted life expectancy of one year to become an artist and a role model; Shankar Tucker, clarinetist and composer who explores contemporary and traditional Indian music; actress and dancer Isha Sharvani; and Jacob van Zyl, rocket scientist and expert in remote sensing.
